How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) to process the order and it takes an additional 4-8 business days (Monday to Friday) to deliver the order.
Can I return my order?

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported as soon as possible for a quick resolution. Please take photos of the damage, include your order number and reach out to us.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
A maximum of 2 days for order handling and 8 days for order transit means you should have your package in your hands within 10 days after ordering.
If 10 days have passed and no package has arrived, we ask you to please wait for additional 3 days - sometimes delays can occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
