REFUND & RETURN POLICY

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return the goods, you have 30 days to do so. To commence a return, kindly reach out to our customer service support. Please provide your sales receipt along with a brief explanation of the reason for return. Our customer service team will promptly assist you with instructions how to make the return. All items have to be returned in its original state, with all the original packaging and labels included.

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. There is also a 25% restocking fee.

Refund Process

After receiving returned items, it'll take up to 14 days to process your refund. If the time has passed and you didn't get the money back, please wait additional 3 days and then contact us. We will refund you on the same account that was used for payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported as soon as possible for a quick resolution. We are very sorry for this but it can occasionally happen. Please take photos of the items, include your order number and reach out to us. We will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Delayed Orders

A maximum of 2 business days (Monday - Friday) for order handling and 8 business days (Monday - Friday) for order transit means you should have your package in your hands within 10 business days after ordering.

If 10 business days have passed and no package has arrived, we ask you to please wait for additional 3 business days - sometimes delays can occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

If you still don't have your order after by then, please reach out to us and we'll figure out what's going on.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 8 hours from placing the order.
