Confirmation of Order

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders, this applies to the contiguous US. We don't deliver to Hawaii and Alaska.

Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an email confirming your purchase, indicating that your order has been integrated into our system and your credit card preliminarily approved for the transaction.

Following this, our fulfillment process will begin immediately upon receipt of your order. Please be aware that all orders undergo processing and are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday), and the package estimated time arrival from dispatch is within 4-8 business days (Monday-Friday).

Shipment of Orders

Tracking details will be promptly sent to the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you haven't received tracking information within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported as soon as possible for a quick resolution. We are very sorry for this but it can occasionally happen. Please take photos of the items, include your order number and reach out to us. We will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Delayed Orders

A maximum of 2 business days (Monday - Friday) for order handling and 8 business days (Monday - Friday) for order transit means you should have your package in your hands within 10 business days after ordering.

If 10 business days have passed and no package has arrived, we ask you to please wait for additional 3 business days - sometimes delays can occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

If you still don't have your order after by then, please reach out to us and we'll figure out what's going on.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 8 hours from placing the order.
